As the young people mature, our relationship with them as teachers develops increasingly into a mentoring role. During this stage we enjoy a sense of partnership, particularly through the work of the Y11 prefects, house captains and student council.
Pupils have initiated their own prayer meetings and there is a core of students who are able to really express their own faith and engage with school issues.
We enjoy the return visits of former students but are also seeking ways to foster an ongoing partnership.
