As a school community, we are committed to supporting each other in promoting the safety and wellbeing for our children and young people.  Here are some resources to help you:

The Safeguarding Resource Hub is a comprehensive resource site with areas for children, young people, parents and teachers.

The Lily Jo Project is a Christian organisation that we have worked with in the past. They have good information and help on common mental health issues including: depression, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, childhood trauma, self-esteem, and grief.

The Carers Trust website provides information about young carers. This is someone aged 25 and under who cares for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without their support.  Further information can also be found on the Barnardo's website: Action with Young Carers Liverpool | Barnardo's

All schools have been asked to circulate the contact details for the NSPCC’s dedicated helpline for victims of sexual abuse:  The helpline number is: 0800 136 663 or email help@nspcc.org.uk
