Executive Head Teacher
Are you looking for a different kind of challenge?
Christian Fellowship School (CFS) is recruiting a new senior full-time post of Executive Head Teacher to lead us in a season of consolidation and growth as we seek to build on success together. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to work closely with our Deputy Head, a Business Manager and the rest of the senior leadership team, staff, parents, pupils and governors to continue to extend the vision developed over 40 years of school life, and be at the forefront of independent Christian education in the UK.
About our school
Independent Sector, 170 to 200 pupils from 4 to 16.
CFS is a faith venture within a parent collaborative setting, where young people learn to consider the world and themselves in a Christ-centred way, and the next generation are actively discipled to equip them to serve society creatively and courageously. It is a school where children are supported to explore their unique nature and purpose in Christ from Reception right through to GCSE: personally, spiritually and academically. School families come from diverse ethnic and church backgrounds across the wider Merseyside region.
We are in the top 5 Liverpool schools for GCSE league tables and our students consistently make good progress.
CFS belongs to the Christian Schools’ Trust network and is a member of ISA.
We see working at CFS as part of our Christian calling to serve the church through education. The salary structure is consequently reflected in this vision.
