Pupils
All Middle and Upper School pupils need to come to school in a clean PE kit. Please purchase and sew on house ribbons on PE shorts and skorts if you have not already done so. Lengths of ribbon are available from the Office. Boys need two strips and girls need one strip. The cost is 30p per strip.
Middle and Upper School pupils should have jogging bottoms and sweatshirts with them on the day if the weather is cooler. All items must be named. Pupils must have their own named bottles of water. If the weather is hot, two bottles will be needed. If sunny, please have your child apply suntan cream before the school day.
Lower School pupils will get changed into their PE kits in school. Please ensure all items are named. They do not need house ribbons. Pupils should have their own water bottles in school.
Please note that Lower School pupils will stay in their classes and with their teachers until the end of the Sports Day programme.
Refreshment stall
Open from approximately 1.30pm selling cakes and cold drinks. We will also have a second hand uniform stall. Please pay by card if possible, but we will also have some change for some cash transactions.
Please note that ALL pupils will need to wait until the end of the programme before they can buy goodies from the refreshment stall.
We would appreciate help clearing up the site after we have finished.
Parking
Please plan park at Tesco and walk to the school. We have written to the shop’s management asking for a concession to park from 1.00pm until 4.30pm. We trust for a favourable response and will let you know if they cannot accommodate us.
Please do NOT park in the Staff Car Park unless you have had prior permission to do so.
Overbury Street and Cardwell Street are restricted for Residents Parking Only, so please do not park on these streets.
