Prayer & Thanksgiving
Prayer is vital to the work of CFS and we invite all of friends and members of our community to partner with us in prayer on a regular basis. If you would like to hear about the latest prayer points, please visit this page for updates.
- We are so grateful to God for the provision of funds for the development of the playground. We have now been able to re-tarmac the "gravel area" and new climbing equipment and an outside classroom will be installed over the Easter holidays.
- On 15th March we were able to hold our first in-person PFC for over two years since the pandemic, at which we were able to meet many new families face-to-face.
- We give thanks to God for all our upper school pupils who took part in the Oxford Debating competition on 28th February, and for the opportunity for CFS to be represented for the first time by two of our pupils at a national event in Oxford on Finals Day.
We are grateful for our through-school which has enabled a few pupils to be able to use their skills to help younger pupils.
- Above all, we give thanks and praise to our Father God who, in the words of Numbers 6:24, has 'blessed us and kept us' not only through the challenging times of the pandemic, but through our 41 year history. God continues to make His face shine upon us and bless us with His favour, His protection, His presence and His peace, and His work in our midst.
